Hello you!
Since my last email, we've moved from one side of the island all the way to the other. We're very near the beach now, just a 10-minute walk away. So I'm very thankful.
I'm not a sand-in-my-toes kind of person. In fact, I don't enjoy the feeling of sand in between my toes. For me, being near the beach is more about the sunrises and the sunsets.
Actually, scratch that.
It's all about the sunrises and the sunsets.
I absolutely love the movement of the sun. There's something otherworldly about it signifying the passing of days and time.
Maybe it has something to do with my love for astronomy as well. I mean.. the sun is a star, right?
Anyway, this week I came across a very interesting article.โ
It's short and really fun to read.
And if you're someone who enjoys taking short afternoon walks, you might wanna give it a read.
I hope this short email finds you well. With the borders between Singapore and Malaysia opening up, I might be able to go home for a short trip after all, before starting my new job as a cardiac technologist.
Either way, I'm excited for all things to come.
Are you looking forward to anything new in your life?
โ
Sending love,
Mich

A few days ago, I was lamenting how I usually have this incredible zest when starting out at a new job or learning something new. Iโm always gripped by this unexplainable obsession to do something well or get something right. Recently though, Iโve...
